Duality

Duality is an original textured abstract painting that explores the balance between contrast and connection. Two bold openings cut through a richly textured purple surface, revealing vibrant blue beneath. Rather than representing separation, the composition reflects the idea that opposing forces can exist together—light and shadow, movement and stillness, strength and softness.

My work is rooted in texture because I want each piece to be experienced beyond color alone. The sculptural surface creates depth and dimension, allowing light to interact with the artwork throughout the day, making it feel different from every angle.
